Temporary home for Guidelines for new Dilaram Book

Hi All, my apologies for dragging you here but I needed this to go to you as a .pdf file and I couldn't attach it or format it how I wanted it on Facebook. Please can you print this off and from here on we can talk on facebook but I just needed to know you got this first off. I will also post it on the discussion board in it's unformatted state in about a week when I know most of you will have looked at this. Thanks
